The Successful Celebrities Weight Loss Plan - 3 Tips To Remember

A Celebrities Weight Loss Plan

Diet and exercise are tough enough on a person, especially if your not accustomed to it in the first place. It's seems tough to grasp how some of today's stars can get in the best shape of their lives in only like six weeks for a movie.

What many people don't realize is that or forget is that these celebrities have a whole team of personal trainers that are there helping them get into peak physical condition. There are trainers, doctors and nutritionists that create a program that in most cases takes into account the person that will be undergoing the training.

You can easily see that for a celebrity, this is their work and their lively hood. If they don't look fantastic on the silver screen then they won't get the role. That's the reality.

Luckily for everyone else, you don't need to hire the best trainers or the best nutritionists. You don't even need to take expensive supplements that are advertised to you every time you go to the gym. Nope, none of that.

I'm not even going to ask you to hit the gym seven days a week and kill yourself running mile after mile or lifting hundreds of pounds of weight in your bench. Nope.

What were going to focus on here are just three areas that are going to deliver you more than 80% of your weight loss results.

So lets get to it.

1. Calorie Deficit - This is the number one thing that you must do if your goal is to lose weight. More importantly, it's the number one thing you have gotta do if you want to lose fat. There can be no weight loss unless you eat less than your body burns per day. This is just simple accounting at work here. Your basal metabolic rate (bmr) is the amount of calories your body burns in a day at rest. So Calories In must be less than your BMR. I know this is a huge over simplification, but for this discussion it works.

You don't need to create a huge calorie deficit to see weight loss. Cutting out 250 to 500 calories in a day will add up to some impressive weight loss over the course of a couple of months.

2. Let The Diet Do The Work - Don't make the mistake of thinking that you can exercise off the weight. Exercise is used as a tool to enhance weight loss by increasing our calorie deficit and conditioning our bodies. You can not lose sufficient weight by exercising more.

Also remember that you can only expect to burn about 400 to 600 calories per hour at a moderate intensity. So do yourself a favor and let your diet do the work instead. This means that you stick to your nutrition plan and don't over eat. You will have a much easier time losing weight if you can stick to the nutrition plan.

3. Motivation - This tip is per psychological. You need to be motivated if you are going to stick with your plan. You've got to have a strong, powerful reason for you wanting to lose weight. The reasons that you have for wanting to lose your fat are what are going to keep you from giving up on your weight loss program.

If you can stick to these 3 tips in your program, then you are sure to have success.
